Welcome to Rabachain, a referral marketing platform designed to help Nigerians earn income by inviting others to join and subscribe to paid plans. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rabachain’s website, services, and platform features. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use Rabachain, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a Nigerian resident or legally permitted to access our services.
- Agree to comply with all local and federal laws.
Rabachain reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our eligibility criteria.
2. Account Registration
When you register:
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
- Rabachain is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
3. Plans and Activation
To participate in the referral program, you must activate a plan:
BASIC PLAN: ₦10,000
Once a plan is activated, your referral links (Leg 1 & Leg 2) will become available.
4. Referral Program Structure
Rabachain uses a two-leg referral structure:
- Users receive two links (Leg 1 and Leg 2).
- You earn 50% commission on each direct referral’s plan purchase.
- You also earn tree bonuses and matching bonuses based on business volume (BV).
Rabachain does not support self-referrals or manipulation of the referral system. Violators will be permanently banned without compensation.
5. Earnings and Withdrawals
- Commissions and bonuses are added to your Rabachain wallet.
- Users can request withdrawals once the minimum withdrawal threshold is met.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to internal verification and processing timelines.
- Rabachain reserves the right to delay or reject any suspicious withdrawal requests.
6. Monthly Rewards
Rabachain recognizes the top 3 users with the highest referral performance each month. Prizes may include mobile phones, laptops, or other gadgets. Winners are selected fairly and announced via our platform and social media.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Create fake accounts or engage in fraudulent referrals
- Promote Rabachain using misleading or deceptive claims
- Abuse the platform, scripts, or software to manipulate bonuses
- Post hate speech, spam, or unauthorized advertising
Violation of any of the above may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
8. Termination of Account
Rabachain may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms or platform policies
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Your actions harm the platform’s integrity or community
All decisions made by Rabachain regarding account termination are final.
9. Modifications to the Service
Rabachain reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any feature of the platform
- Update pricing, bonus structures, and terms
- Make changes effective immediately upon update or announcement
Continued use of Rabachain after such updates means you accept the new changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rabachain shall not be liable for:
- Loss of earnings due to user negligence
- Technical issues, outages, or service interruptions
- Fraudulent actions by other users
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our platform is offered “as is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
